I’m in the mood for posting oddities, going with that I offer a (sadly not very good) photo of a two headed calf taken in Hereford Museum and art gallery (I LOVE hunting round small scale exhibitions for weird and wonderful objects).

I’ve spent the last week on a family trip to Rock, near Padstow in Cornwall. We spent one day driving round the North of Devon to look for the graves of my mum’s ancestor’s so she could add them to her family tree. These gravestones in the village of Lamerton certainly caught my eye, the stones are dated from the 1700’s but they look like they might have been carved yesterday. I think I’m going to conduct a little investigation into what the different symbols around each skull mean.

A colour my mum would refer to as ‘a lovely sky blue pink’ (?!!)
